Key Responsibilities
- Drive traffic and client acquisition through digital marketing, blogging, social media, live workshops, or personal networking to your page or link.
- Allow clients to effortlessly quote and apply on their own, ensuring you actively review, confirm all client information for accuracy, sign off, and secure the conversion.
- Market life insurance products strictly within our licensed state footprint (AZ, TX, or NY) while adhering to state-specific insurance advertising regulations and company compliance standards.
- Manage your own client pipeline and lead generation independently with complete creative freedom, zero mandatory sales quotas, and no corporate hand-holding.

Strict Requirements & Compliance Standards
- No Formal Interview Process: There is no traditional interview required; onboarding is based on qualifying through your licensing, compliance history, and completion of required paperwork.
- Advertisements must be approved to ensure state and company compliance.
- Clean Record Requirement: Must have a clean record with no regulatory disciplinary action, administrative history issues, or financial crimes.
- Active State License: You must hold an active life insurance license in at least one of our active operating states: Arizona, Texas, or New York. Maintaining the license active is a producer responsibility.
- NPN (National Producer Number): Required upfront for system verification and tech integration.
- Individual E&O Insurance: Must maintain your own active Errors & Omissions (E&O) policy with $1,000,000+ limits, listing your individual name on the certificate, prior to submitting your first case.
- Required Training & Short Courses: Producers must complete short, required educational courses covering state regulatory compliance, internal company procedures, and software/system management periodically.
