Sell life insurance.
Build the diaspora's wealth.
A 1099, commission-only role for licensed producers in Arizona, Texas, or New York. Run your own book, keep 60% of production, and skip the overhead of standing up your own brokerage — while your work funds Àṣẹ Society's nonprofit mission.
Àṣẹ Society is a nonprofit focused on empowering the Black community through financial literacy, peer support, land acquisition, cultural preservation, and advocacy. Producers who partner with us aren't only building an independent book of business — their production directly supports that work.
Clients quote, apply, and schedule exams on their own through our platform. Your job is to drive traffic to your page, then review, confirm, and sign off on the accuracy of what they submit.
A 60/40 split, in your favor
You keep the majority of every case you write, with escalators available as your production volume grows.
Higher-tier payouts unlock at established sales volume milestones, alongside company-funded lead programs, performance bonuses, and added marketing support.
Infrastructure, not micromanagement
No brokerage overhead
Sell under our master agency infrastructure — no state compliance tracking or legal setup of your own brokerage required.
Client self-service tech
Multi-carrier quoting and e-application tools let clients quote and apply on your page. You confirm accuracy, review, and sign off.
A dedicated web presence
An Àṣẹ Society email address and a custom producer sub-domain or page to represent your brand.
Zero mandatory quotas
Manage your own pipeline and lead generation with full creative freedom — no corporate hand-holding, no forced targets.
Performance rewards

AOR transfer, in good standing
Leave the platform in good standing and we'll execute an Agent of Record transfer for your active, self-sourced book. Company-funded leads and reward-sourced clients are agency assets and are not eligible for transfer.
