Free memberships do not require refunds.

Paid Memberships (Monthly & Annual)

• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
• You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing.
• Annual memberships are billed once per year and are not prorated if canceled early.

This ensures we can continue providing community programs, grants, and educational services.

Business Membership Refunds

• All business membership purchases are final.
• Refunds are not available once business perks, listing tools, or directory access have been granted.
• Business members may update or remove their listing at any time.
• You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing.

Donations

All donations are non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to nonprofit programs, grants, technology, and community support initiatives.

Digital Products & Courses

When Àṣẹ Society begins offering paid digital content:

• All downloadable or digital items (books, comics, audio, courses) will be non-refundable after purchase due to instant access.
• If a file is damaged or inaccessible, we will provide a working copy at no charge.

Incorrect Charges or Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

• Contact us within 7 days of the charge
• We will review the situation and correct any verified errors
